Can I change the tires I ordered?

Yes. Please call us at 1.800.613.0072. We may need to reschedule your appointment, but that's because we want to make sure your tires are there when you are. Thanks to our nationwide tire-delivery network, this shouldn't take much longer.


Can I return my tires?

Because your tires are shipped directly to your installer, returning them isn't necessary. We understand, however, that you may want to cancel your order. If you do, please call Customer Service 24 hours before your scheduled installation appointment. Or, if there's a problem with your tires after you've had them installed, please call us. Our number is 1.800.613.0072.


Can I change my method of payment?

Yes, you can present an alternate credit card at the installer.


What are your shipping charges?

At RightTurn, there is no shipping charge.


How can I cancel my order?

Can I place an order over the phone?

We're happy to help you over the phone. Just call us at 1.800.613.0072. Please know that you'll still need to enter your credit card number online, but we can walk you through that process.


I don't know my trim level or option. Does it matter?

In some cases, we do need to know trim level because it affects which tire is right for your vehicle. Feel free to give us a call at 1.800.613.0072, and we'll help you.


How can I change my installation date?

You can change your installation date online. To move your installation to an earlier time, please call us at 1.800.613.0072.


Can I track the status of my order?

There's no need, because your tires will be at your installer when you get there.


Why can't I make an earlier appointment at checkout?

We totally understand you're busy. Earlier appointments, however, may be full, or your installer may need more time to be ready for an efficient appointment.

How do you come up with your tire recommendations?

We leverage our knowledge of your vehicle, geography, and driving habits along with our proprietary algorithm to make the right recommendations for you and your vehicle.


How do you know which tire is right for my vehicle?

We only recommend tires approved by your automaker. Our proprietary system uses your driving conditions and style to select the right tires for your vehicle. Learn more.

Yes, and all of our team members are U.S.-based tire experts.


Can I purchase a gift certificate from RightTurn?

Not yet, but soon!


Why aren't there any installers in my area?

We're working on getting all of our factory-certified installers ready, but some may not officially be in the system yet. Call us, and we'll find someone near you.

We're pretty picky about our installers, but if you're a dealership, please contact us.

How do I know if I need new tires?
